Hi Joanna, I’m really sorry to hear that your experience with me didn’t meet your expectations, especially after three years since we’ve closed on your home. I truly wish I had known about these concerns sooner so I could’ve helped address them in real-time. Your feedback matters, and I wanted to make sure you feel heard and address your concerns. As soon as I saw your review, I called and left you a message, but I also wanted to respond here to address everything you've shared. I always try to be available for my clients, even long after the transaction is complete. I’m always reachable via phone for all of my clients so I wish you had reached out to me directly. I understand how special it is to have the moment of receiving your first home’s keys, and I sincerely apologize that I wasn’t there to hand them to you in person, but as you were made aware, I was out of the country for my wedding. Even though I was getting married, I made sure I was still available to help with any questions during closing. Regarding your concerns with the PMI, I did check with the lender who worked on your file, and he mentioned you hadn’t reached out to ask about it. I’m more than happy to discuss any questions you have and help clarify things if there’s still confusion.
