Feedback, even when we miss the mark, is valuable to insure we hear the voice of the people we serve. And we are not immune to occasionally making mistakes while we strive not to. We deeply regret anyone's dissatisfaction and are always seeking constant improvement. And while in the context of this review I do disagree with some of the stated details I am willing to discuss with anyone, including Mr. Peterson, what we did do to correct any mistakes we made including even trying to compensate for some things we were accused of doing in error that we did not actually do.
