Hired Joanne because of her reviews but she lacks responsiveness unfortunately. She knows the area well but fails when it comes to call backs and her response times.

This client cancelled there listing contract after 7 days to rent the property. I was in constant contact with them and the home was shown twice in the 7 days it was listed. The day they cancelled the contract they left a message on my voice mail at 7:30 am. I had the cancellation paperwork to them by 10 am and it was off the market by 11 am. They felt that my response was not acceptable. Unfortunately you can not please everyone no matter how hard you try. My clients are very important to me and I will always do what I can to make there buying or selling experience as stress free as possible
