This tenant had an unauthorized pet in the house and smoked cigarettes heavily in the house. The tenant called the police because she did not want me posting a notice of non-compliance. No action was taken by the police. Three separate vendors could barely breathe when they entered the home because of the cigarette smell. A/C coil and vents had to be cleaned and ozone machines placed to clear out the smell and carpets were cleaned with an enzyme cleaner. This tenant had total disregard for someone else’s home. I take great care to be fair with tenants and landlords!
