Chris, we are all disappointed we didn’t sell your property at 2670 Zimmer Rd. Williamston. In the 6 month’s we had the property listed we had 3 offers, 1 full price offer that you accepted, then didn’t want to extend and was cancelled, and 2 that were low offers. We had over 50 showing requests during this time, of which you declined about 15 of them. The photos were not updated because your property was off the market due to it having an accepted offer right away. We updated the photos after the house went back on the market. The office staff was fully prepared to handle any issues while I was away on my vacation. They set up showing requests and provided feedback for you. Again, we are sorry your home didn’t sell.

We are sorry that you felt this way after contacting our office. The Brighton area is 45 minutes away from our office and we do not usually work in that area. We are not sure of your conversation, but normally we try to find someone who is more local to the area for you to work with. Since they would have better knowledge of the area, if it's not in our normal market. Again, we are sorry that you felt frustrated. This is not the way we do business in our office.
