    Tried to schedule an inspection with Mr. Hime. He was rude and disrespectful - obviously not really interested in customer service at all and felt like we had to beg him to take our money or schedule an inspection. Said he was too busy. Unbelievab...

    First I don't know how you are and find this post suspect. We do stay busy 7-10 days in advance. Sometimes more. One can "beg" (as you claim) but I simply can't change the schedule to inspect any sooner. We do not do volume, fast inspections. We stay busy and there is a reason. I don't feel it is fair to pull the crybaby thing.
