Maggie, Thank you for leaving me a review, It has been 2 years since we closed! I wish all of my clients are as excited as you were on the day you moved in! My hope is that all of my clients feel that I have assisted them in their home purchase to the best of my ability. in regards to your price point concerns, we did discuss the high price of your home, it had been recently renovated and the seller would not reduce their sales price despite being higher than the comps. As far as, school districts, at the time of your purchase the school Dist 56 was 6/10 on the Great schools website and was considered a desirable elementary and middle school area. I'm not sure why they are ranked so low at this point. I am so sorry you feel that you over paid, and again I do try to provide the best information and skills I posses for every client in order to obtain the outcome they desire.

Thank you for well thought out review of my work. If you are going to tell the world about this situation then maybe we should share all of the facts. When you called at 12:12 PM we agreed to meet at 4pm. That gave us both 3 hours to plan for a timely arrival at our showing appointment. I arrived at 3:50pm with enough time to greet the gate guard and inform them that you would be coming through shortly. At 3:57 you notified me that you were going to be 20 min late, after receiving your message I notified you that I had to reschedule, due to another appointment I had at 5pm and offered you an opportunity to reschedule for either Monday or Tuesday. This would allow both of us to have the opportunity to have 48 to 72 hours to plan to be on time. I apologize for missing your call. Best of luck to you in your home search.
