I take all feedback seriously and strive to provide professional, transparent, and high-quality service to every client. However, I strongly disagree with your characterization of events. My commitment is to ethical and fair real estate practices, and all agreements—including the Neutral Representation Agreement—are clearly outlined and explained to clients before signing. I always encourage questions to ensure full understanding. It’s important to clarify that you were not the actual property owner, but rather attempting to use the owners to facilitate a quick cash deal for your own benefit. You assured the owners you would pay them in cash within 30 days, yet became frustrated when the property did not sell within that timeframe—despite making no effort to invest in necessary cleaning or improvements to make it more marketable. Regarding marketing and pricing strategies, I work diligently to position properties competitively based on market conditions. Price adjustments are made in response to market feedback, and while I understand that selling a property can be a stressful process, my recommendations are always in the client’s best interest. In any professional relationship, mutual respect and constructive dialogue are essential. If at any point I feel that the working relationship is no longer productive or in the best interest of both parties, I have the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with industry standards.
