This builder, Brandon Mortenson with Mortenson Homes held the buyers hostage multiple times during the transaction demanding additional money if they wanted the work to continue and had no regard for the terms of the purchase contract. The builder at times would not respond to myself or the buyers for days and weeks at a time. The buyers would attest that my efforts to protect both parties went far and above what would typically be expected. A complaint with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing regarding Mortenson Homes is pending.
