I’m sad to hear that you weren’t happy with your experience. We have rented more than 40 houses over the past 7 years and successfully completed hundreds of repairs. I’m truly sorry that I wasn’t able provide you with the same high level of satisfaction. While it is disappointing to not receive a full refund of your deposit, it’s important to understand the nature of the repairs and ask for receipts if any item concerns you. And even though everything is done to keep your house clean and repaired, landlords are often not able to guarantee the repair of a third party. Rest assured upon notification of any repairs they are addressed immediately. Again, I’m sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but I’d like to reiterate our commitment to doing everything within our ability to ensure that all of our houses are well maintained and repairs are made quickly when something goes wrong.
