We both know that this attack on my character is completely false. I had the home under contract for you and although I worked very hard providing comps to challenge the short sale lender by giving realistic comps we were unsuccessful. At that time you said to keep it active while you pursued a Deed in Lieu. As to your slur on my character and communication, for a very brief period I was coping with the death of my daughter and my very competent Licensed Assistant covered my correspondence.
