    Janet was very pleasant as a property manager. If I had a problem with the rental home, she would makes calls to fix it immediately. Though I always paid my rent on time, she was very attentive to her responsibility to the owners.

    Great response time to all of our phone calls! Very attentive! She answered all of our questions. Great experience! Very helpful suggestions on decorating our condominium. Willing to call several people to make things happen for us.

    She was very abrupt and suspicious when I was looking into renting. She demaned a rental history. I explained to her that I have owned for more than 30 years and hadn't rented for over 30 years. I provided a credit report to show credit worthiness...

    Leanne, I am very surprised about your review. I found you to be a lovely tenant. You always paid your rent, (only needed a few reminders every 3 months). As a property manager it is my job to check history, references and credit for your application. I'm sorry you felt I was "suspicious". It was an unusual request to have new tenants take over your lease, it is not my normal practice or policy. But, you bought a new house and didn't want to pay rent and a mortgage, so I agreed to let you out of the lease early, and with no penalty. As far as the new tenants you "found for me", you did that for your benefit not mine. And to be clear, they have to go through the same application process as you did. Same history, credit, and reference checks and it has nothing to do with kids. So, please don't assume I am not doing my job correctly or I was discriminating. Yes you did wait for your deposit back, but in all honesty, I could have held you to the lease and terms.
