It is unfortunate that this buyer and his home inspector were negatively discussing the ethnic population in this neighborhood, which is against the law. I will never compromise my code of ethics and values for a customer, client or contractor. "Automated lists" are called Mysites; which give a buyer property information in real time as opposed to outdated information from other websites.
