Susan, thank you for the review. I am deeply sorry you were made to feel this way. I understand that sometimes a transaction does not go as planned. I pride myself in trying to make every transaction a positive experience for my clients and I so wish that had been the case here. I am not going to rehash any of the events that were stated because then it becomes a he said/she said battle and is unproductive.
