    Thank you for your feedback. The city of Grand Rapids just inspected the property and issued the rental certification with no mention of mold or bugs inside the unit. The $200 cleaning fee is a standard fee that is charged on all lease agreements for cleaning the property prior to move in. Also, all maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours of submission.
