My name is Kristy Passmore.  I have lived in The Big Bear Valley since 1979.  I have been in the property management business since 1996 and became licensed in 2003.  I have experience in both Vacation Rentals and Full Time Rentals.  I have worked in the Full Time Rental industry solely since 2005.  I am very knowlegable in all Landlord Laws and keep up to date with the industry.
