Matthew Navarro, I would like to Thank you for your review. However I do not agree with you. We sell Real Estate Property not personal property. The washer and dryer was personal property as to why James sent you a text asking you if you wanted to sell them with the house and we had an Non-Item Realty Addendum signed by you stating the washer and dryer went with the property. However we find out after closing which was not discussed with us that it is property of the Tenants. Everything was communicated to your through text message of important matters due to legal issues for our clients benefit as ours. I am sorry you felt as if you treated as another dollar. I assure you that was not the case. Each family we help sell or buy a home with, we try our best to make it the best experience as possible. You received a great amount in profits after having the house for two years. We want to wish you and your family the best of luck in your next adventures!
