Born and raised in Carlisle, Kentucky, I have always called the Bluegrass State home. Growing up in Nicholas County, where I attended Nicholas County Schools, I learned the value of hard work, community, and connection. My journey took me to Eastern Kentucky University, where I studied Parks and Recreation Management, played football for a year, and eventually earned a master’s degree in Event Planning and Recreation Management.
