It’s very important for me to have a good communication with my clients, but this was a challenge with you. One of the first things I asked you was your mortgage balance. You told me you would get that to me as soon as possible and even though I checked back with you multiple times I never got that number. There is no way for me to calculate what you would net without having that number. I also could never get you to talk to a lender about how much you could afford. The lender I got you in touch with told me you never returned his calls. I got you two offers at asking price with 0 closing costs which is rare. I worked hard to get you that deal and after getting advice from several lenders I thought it would be best for you to sell and rent for a while. There are repairs that need to be done at the house soon and it was in your best interest to sell and avoid costs. I had no idea you were upset with me and I’d rather have you talk to me about this.
