The house was very clean when you rented the house 3 years ago, and that is what attracted you to wanting to rent it then. I have photos to prove it. It seems as though your memory from that long ago is unclear! Cleanliness is important to you, so you would not even considered the house if what you wrote above was true. We replaced the stove/cooking range with a brand new one within the first month of your residency. How does that action equate to "not fix anything"?! You seemed to enjoy the house for 3 years, AND you agreed to the terms set forth in the lease when you first moved in, so I don't understand these false claims.
