I'm honestly not sure why this is being posted on my profile. I didn't manage this property that Mr. Tim McGuire lived in. My only contact with Mr. Tim McGuire was a 10 minute phone conversation and a few emails back and forth after Mr. Tim McGuire had moved out to try and resolve a conflict that Mr. Tim McGuire was having with his property manager. During these conversations, Mr. Tim McGuire was uncooperative and a resolution was not reached.
