    Hunter's great! He was a fantastic landlord and is really easy to work with. He and his wife genuinely care about the people that they rent to. I would've been happy to continue renting from them if my wife and I hadn't decided to buy our own home.

    Hunter is the best landlord I have had. He is friendly and responsive to requests ( not many in the 2 years I have rented from him). He is very helpful when needed. I would rent from him again, if I decide to but I love living here.
