Eric is the property owner of the condo I rent. My husband and I rented a home that was built and owned by Eric. It was an absolutely lovely home with a lot of attention to detail. Eric was always a pleasure to deal with and is of very high integrity. Whenever we had an issue, he was right there to solve the problem.
