I apologize if my brokerage has certain rules and regulations that I must follow. Our first initial conversation you informed me that you had a updated pre-approval letter. Upon further questioning you then inform me your approval was 7 months old and you could not provide me a updated approval. I was even willing to see if I could reach out to my broker to obtain a 1 time showing clearance. You informed me to cancel the appointment at your request. Anyone that is in the the process of buying should be informed by their loan officer that the approval letter expires after 90 days. Furthermore, agent will not even review a offer and allow me to submit without a updated approval letter. Contract is completely null and voided without that. Again, their are rules and regulations that my brokerage require us to follow.
