    Mario was hired to paint the interior of my house. The contractor he hired rather than taking care of the job with his own employees painted with the wrong colors (twice), then Mario failed to meet dates he promised (causing extra fees for storage and equipment rental, which he knew about), and never bothered to check that all touch ups noted were complete
