Sold a home in 2018 in MA 02119.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsMr. Karbunara has failed to honor his "Builders Warrantee". Following closing, it was brought to his attention that the gas fireplace was inoperative. Months and repeated calls have resulted in no solution, only delays and excuses.

This is not true. We responded right away as we have with everyone of our previous clients. We reached out to Black Magic Chimney who were the retailer we purchased the equipment from and unfortunately they took some time to arrange an inspection. Upon review from their tech who recommended for a specialist to diagnose the problem even further in the middle of winter we addressed the issue as soon as the weather permitted and insure proper function to the fire place. We never back away from our commitment on delivering homes that stand the test of time and appreciate in value.
