I'm sorry you feel this way. You called me to do a video tour of a home that I also have not seen or knew anything about. I did everything I could to help your urgency to buy a home. You had an inspection and had the sellers property report. I do not spend the night in these homes to know any more than you. You have since called me after this review to help you find contractors to help with water that came into the basement. I have been more than accommodating with anything you needed help with. I have done everything I can as an agent to help. The home was remodeled and looked amazing. The good the bad and ugly that I saw was clear in each video I sent. I have helped many buyers buy unseen homes. The time you purchased many homes were going way over asking with multiple offers. I advised you as what it would take to be in this competitive market. I was available to talk anytime. Texting is what you preferred and I was only trying to help the best way I could. It was not about a sale for me, I am in the business of helping families find their home and make it happen the best I can. The information you needed was provided. The seller may have not been honest in his disclosers, I'm not really sure. I always strive to be an excellent agent as with many reviews to show this.
