I listed a home for Judy Nicols at this address almost a year ago. I told Judy several times the home was over priced and we need to lower the price. The feedback from other agents was also clear This is a copy of the actual text message that she sent me : Just so you know, I charge RENT to store signs and lock boxes at my home. You were eager to get my business, but that seems to be where your eagerness ended unfortunately. ?? So disappointed. I replied that I was sorry it didn’t sell and that I would pick up the sign and lock box. The next week I stopped out to Grab my items and nobody would answer the door as I rang the bell and knocked several times I then set the key on the door step and left That was August 2018 5 months later the “partner” leaves a bad review about my service.. I do my best to be honest and accurate with the people I work with and have never had a poor review in 16 years of home selling. This was an extremely rare passive aggressive client
