    I don't understand how a company that rents houses doesn't have agents available to help pinpoint houses that meet the qualifications you need. The website is difficult to navigate and can't be filtered well. All around, not a great first impression ...

    Homepointe is a problem to work with all the way around. The phones are all automated, when you do get someone they claim to not know anything about the properties. The actual property mgr who handles the specific homes we are interested in does not ...
