Good morning Ms. Bianca, I am sorry that this happened and it looks like there was a misunderstanding. After requesting our appointment for that Monday, once we found out Sunday was completely booked, I gave you a call & text that morning to confirm our appointment. I never received a phone call or text back. As an agent confirming your appointment is very important as you never know what could come up on your client's side. When I couldn't reach you I cancelled the appointment. If you would please remove this review as it does hurt the look of my brand that I do work very hard for. Thank you. Have a great day.
