MD 21769.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityMr Golan ignored a water and mold issue for years in my office space and caused undue hardship to me and my business. It forced me to move out for 2 months into a temporary space then when I moved back in I found out that the mold was not remediated...Response from Hagai Golan on 10/4/2025
After years of tenancy, and needing a larger space, tenant broke the lease agreement.. Sad. We have invested over $20K in repairs to solve in deed an old building water issue, so it's sad tenant referred to such. Wishing you the best of luck in your new larger space.
