We stand by the quality of our inspection services. We use state of the art inspection equipment to enhance the quality of our inspections. Further, we have found that our clients like having electronic access to their inspection reports. This reviewer has not reached out to us, has not consulted his report recently, and will not return calls. This house was challenging, and the report was 52+ pages, including photos and including numerous issues in the attic and with the roof. In some cases, it's not safe to walk on a roof (for the inspector or the roof) so we use visual observation as well as attic inspection to identify issues. The reviewer has forgotten that he went into the attic with me but left the inspection early, missing key aspects of the inspection: roof, crawlspace and much more. We are truly sorry that this particular customer was unsatisfied with our work. We would be pleased to address his concerns personally if he would return our phone calls.
