I have hesitated to respond to this review... As it is not accurate, I do not professionally rent or lease homes. I do own a personal rental and because of the lack of inventory in our area, I may not have responded to all calls in a timely manner, due to the over abundance of calls and chose not to respond to some as the time frames for the availability, vs the renters time frames were not in sync. Also I have NEVER asked for a non refundable application fee up front, I only have taken applications in person at the property. It seems to me that typically negative people and chronic complainers leave reviews. This is what happened here in my opinion.
