Showed home in 2021 in Groveland, CA.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsTried to buy a house in Groveland with Gina. We had a house under contract but it didn't pass inspection due to unpermitted build and foundation issues. After that, Gina ghosted us.

I would like to respond this above negative review and why it was posted is a mystery and one that I have not replied to until today. I am unaware of what this person is referring to, I respond to everyone I am in contact with. I have never had a poor review and don't know why this was posted - I know reviews are important to most people, yet I do not seek out public reviews as it makes my clients go through a hoop to publicly endorse me. My client's appreciation and my closing record speaks highly of my achievements over the past 25 years and I am grateful to be of service to others.
