Thank you, Margarita, it was a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working with you again the future. Just to clarify one thing, Zillow does not have a category for working with a commercial lease. This transaction was a commercial lease that was successfully executed. I'd also like to note that since Margarita leased one side of this commercial building, she has since expanded her practice into the other side and she now leases the entire building. She has made the space beautiful and her practice, and her patients, are thriving.
