All of our applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and no application was submitted or completed in this case. Without an application on file, we are unable to hold or reserve a unit. I did respond in a timely manner and even offered you another available property, which you chose not to pursue. I understand that not every home fits everyone's needs, and I appreciate your time in viewing the property. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to improve.
