We are sorry you feel that way! We seek to have a clear path that everyone follows and thought making your 90 days in Erie affordable when no one else would could assist you with your studies. Our owners are very specific about their protocol to ensure questions are answered and most situations addressed up front. We also seek to provide the best beforehand data to assist our tenants in receiving a full refund of their deposit as well as before and after pictures for any deductions paid to outside vendors for security deposit work. We pride ourselves in providing clean, well maintained housings for our clients and welcome any suggestions that you may have to make things better.
