    Jenna did a good job of getting my house listed, with photos and correct details. She has been showing the property and checks in regularly as requested. She also handles the background checks and screening for credit scores and rental history.

    Takes up to a week to respond. We had paid for an application to a place that we had viewed only to find out that it had already been taken because we had not heard from her for so long. A month later, that place is still posted on Zillow.

    I wanted to rent the property. She doesn't respect the customer time. She gave an appointment at 2;30 and she did not come. I called her 20 times and sent 10 messages. She did not response to any of them when I were in the front of property.
