Dear George & Ramona, it's an honor to work with you and your family. We will be friends for life! I'll make sure you can RELAX at the beach sipping on your favorite drinks, not having to do anything, by just taking Ramona out shopping....just kidding. As I have told you two, you and all of my customers are dear to me, like my own family! I LOVE what I do because making my customers happy, finding them find their next home, sanctuary, where they make their dreams come true, is my ministry and mission in life. Few things come close to my most priceless memories and experiences like listening to my son laugh, watching him grow & achieve his goals and dreams. But, watching my customers smile ear to ear when I help them find the perfect home and get them to the closing table despite all the ups and downs that are inherent even in the most perfect transactions, is truly one of the most favorite sights I like to see again and again. Thank you so very much for trusting me with your search and investment in your retirement home! Buying a home in FL site unseen from NJ during the Pandemic was not easy. I know you & Ramona couldn't even imagine doing it when we first started talking, but slowly and surely, you saw that I could make it all happen for you, saving you tons of time, money and stress. And, you could tell that my care and compassion, my heart of service and passion for my role in this process were all GENUINE. So, all barriers were removed so you could make the best decision for your family. I love being part of this awesome process.
