I understand your frustration. This was a very unique, trying, and long transaction, with the buyer changing from cash to financing, renting the property, and then switching to private financing. Plus, having 3 siblings as the Seller with 2 of them out of town adds an additional element. On top of this, we had to deal with the quarantine as a result of covid-19. Through all this, you all were extremely patient and very generous to the buyer. I find it interesting that Kathy, who wrote the above review, was not a party to the contract and this was the only interaction that I have had with her. I hope that all that were a party to the contract were satisfied with my service since the house did sell and they received additional rental money.
