I’m so sorry you did not read your lease! You rented my personal rental home, the company I worked for at the time did not want to entertain rentals in any fashion! I understand your upset over the fact that you did not get your deposit back…. But I feel you were treated fairly as you had more late fees than you did deposit! We choose not to ask you for all fees due! We also choose to work with you on the lease amount, and your move out date. Your lease required a 60 day notice, and yet we allowed you to change this date several times. We also never raised your rent. I’m sorry you had a bad Experience, but we feel we had a bad experience too! Especially since we have leased the home you occupied since 2006, and you were the only one who NEVER paid the rent on time, and the only tenant who left unhappy! You manage people as a head at Yamaha… so I guess we were surprised that you didn’t read, or maybe you read the lease and didn’t care.
