Hi! I'm so sorry that you had this unfortunate experience. We try to be upfront and honest with our clients about all possible outcomes regarding financing. In regards to the undone repairs, homes that have been foreclosed do not get approval from the bank to do anything more than dewinterization so there wouldn't have been any repairs done. I hope you do not judge our entire operation based on this experience. We strive to do one thing, create good relationships.
