Hi Kerry, I have thought long and hard about this review. I find the behavior you experienced absolutely appalling! No one should be subjected to that sort of behavior regardless of race. As you can imagine upon reading this review I was in near shock! Since then, I have spent numerous hours investigating our records and asked Zillow to do the same and nowhere did your name appear as a referral from Zillow nor was it in our data base. I am very sorry for the horrible experience you endured.
