As a member of a real estate team, I work diligently to uphold the goals & standards set forth by our brokers & the OK Real Estate Commission. I am sorry your experience with our agency was not a favorable one. Our goal is to provide our clients with professional, high standards of marketing with an efficient & timely closing. Also, to negotiate the contracts to be profitable for our clients. Other licensed realtors, inspectors, & appraisers are allowed to enter the property. Care is given to assist them in gaining access & the information needed. As you requested, a family member was always present at all showings & inspections. No non-licensed person was ever given the code for entrance. At no time during the duration of the listing & sales contract, was the home damaged by a licensed or non-licensed personnel. Again, I am sorry your experience was not a favorable one. We did close the property in a timely manner & obtained the price very near the list price.
