Mr. Johnson thinks he is the only client. As normal procedure we always ask that any request be set in writing this way we avoid any he said she said as you can see. We always took care of any repairs very quickly. We even converted the swamp cooler to refrigerated air during his tenancy with NO INCREASE in rent after 12 of the 24 months. This client received 100% refund of his security deposit. YES 100% This is what I call very professional service. We are very thankful for his service and his stay with us.
