Finding the right area was the first challenge we had. You really liked the Pocket which is an Outstanding area, but you pay a lot for Homes that are a little older, and may need updating. When you told me you wanted to look in the Natomas area I knew then based on the Budget you set for the Pocket you could get a really nice Newer Home in Natomas, in a Great Community. The best part is it happened to be close to your family Friends. I know that over time you will continue to enjoy your House and Community.
