2 hours before move in,she texted she would not be moving in due to issues at the home.I told her I can address.She was in home all week and never had concerns.Home was in same condition as day she first saw it.She was not to move in for a week,but then asked to move ASAP.I told her home was not ready,needed cleaning.She told me her mom can clean,she needed to move in ASAP.I cleaned the back for 2 hours that someone was hired to do,and called off all cleaners.She waited until cleaning was done to tell me she did not want it.She hired her mom,I never spoke with her prior to the start of cleaning.I took listing down and owner accepted her over others because she could move in following week.She left them without $4k and that I was to pay her mom.I had to have it cleaned again because I had to put home back on market,people came thru making floors dirty.I told her that morning she was to pay since she hired her so she could be in ASAP.
