Gut/Re-do two bathrooms in condo, making one completely Handicap Accessible, new sinks, countertops and flooring in bathrooms and hall with heated tiles Re-doing Kitchen countertops with granite, new sink, under cabinet lighting Re-doing 3 closets so they are 100% "organization" friendly Re-doing blinds and windowsills Coordinating furniture removal,storage, and disposal, along with coordinating with deliveries of new furniture, bedding, and pictures Overseeing painting, and staining.
