Val, Thank you for your review. I take every client transaction as an opportunity to improve and I apologize you were not happy with my service. We spoke on X in regards to a rental property of which I scheduled a showing for you immediately. We met at the home and you previewed the property. It was then brought to my attention that you placed an offer directly with the listing agent; despite using my time to preview the home. You were denied by the landlord for undisclosed reasons through this application and then you contacted me a few days later to attempt to re-apply. Again, you were declined by the landlord. Unfortunately, landlords do not need to provide reasoning for choosing to accept or decline a tenant and I apologize that we could not provide that answer for you. I hope you have found a home that meets your needs and would value a conversation with you in the future of how we can effectively work together.
