Hi Johanna- I'm so sorry you feel as if I under delivered to your expectations. A little background: When you call Zillow or request a call back on their website they place you on hold until they contact an agent to assist you- I find this review to be very unfair as I and my team work very hard for all our clients to always deliver the best experience when searching for a home. You mention making an appointment, but I never set one up with you- if your referring to clicking the schedule a tour button on Zillow, then until an agent confirms with you that is not a confirmed appointment. These are technical issues you should bring up with a Zillow representative not me as an agent. Also, fortunately for clients and agents Zillow records all conversations and during our conversation I answered all your questions as per the listing agents listed information. I'm sorry I was not able to take you on as a client since the property you were requesting to see was no longer available and at the time you were not interested in any other properties.
